I am working on a massive picspam/update at the moment, because it's literally been ages since I've talked to any of you. I really hate that. It's been major suckage on my end, between the class I'm taking, and the million other things that have been taking up my time since school got out for the year. Ugh.

So, until I finish the picspam, how about a meme, eh?:

So, I got bit by a kid who has CMV today. Hard. The skin didn't break or anything and I wasn't that concerned about it earlier, but now that I'm thinking about it, CMV is definitely something I don't want to have. Plus, it is spread through saliva, so I don't want to just ignore it. Do you think I should get it checked out or am I ok?

I've been extremely lax in posting about this, partly because I've barely had time to breathe lately, but tonight, at 7:00 EST, you can chat with me (yes, ME!) about my fics. It's all a part of the Gilmore Girls Fanfic Chat-a-thon, which I'm sure you all know about by now, but I figured I'd pimp myself out anyway.

So, any burning questions for me about my writing? Or, you know, you can ask me other questions too. Since my life has been consumed by VS, I haven't been doing very much writing of my own, so I'm sure you won't have much to ask me about that. I was looking at Java's twitter peeps, and she had a daily Office quote twitter page, which I also added. And then I thought, hey, I wonder if they have one for Gilmore Girls. And, rather than waste all that time googling/searching...we made our own :)

So, if you're interested, follow the daily Gilmore Girls quotes twitter that Java and I made:

1. Pick 10 of your favourite movies.
2. Go to the IMDb and find a quote from each movie.
3.  Post them here for everyone to guess.

Man, this was hard. I think my problem is that I don't like movies that much. There are very few that I truly love. I'm all about the TV.

Every day after the kids go home these past couple of weeks, I've been teaching my friend, Yesenia, a little sign language, since she wanted to be able to communicate with our deaf kids better. We've both been having a good time with it, so I thought maybe I would extend the offer a bit. What I was thinking was doing a monthly video (maybe even making a community for it), with a theme, where I would show you signs that go a long with it and ways you can put those signs together in a sentence (a very basic ASL grammar lesson). I know it's something you could easily pick up a book and teach yourself, but there's only so much you can get from a book on sign movement and proper handshapes and sentence context. But, yeah, since I don't like making videos of myself, I figured I would ask if anyone is interested before I put myself on camera. Sooo...anyone? Anyone? Bueller?
